Chupaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!Updating a previous item, officials from the Chinese Basketball Association are fighting FIBA's decision to allow Kenyon Martin immediate clearance to return to the NBA.
China has sent an affidavit to both FIBA and the NBA which was signed by Martin in December stipulating that he would not play in the NBA until the Xinjiang Guanghui Tigers' season ends. Stay tuned for the latest developments on the K-Mart front, as this is certainly not the last we've heard on the news front in his quest to return to the league slightly earlier than expected
