The Cavaliers scored 127 points tonight, which is the most the team has scored in a regulation game since Dec. 11, 1999, also against the Hawks.
Cleveland exploded for 127 points Saturday against the Hawks, the team's most in a regulation game since 1999, while hitting a franchise-record 19 3-pointers. The 33-point margin of victory is the most for the Cavs since 2008. [-]

Cavs 9-for-9 from beyond the arc in the first quarter
The Cavaliers went 9-for-9 from three-point range in the first quarter in their win over the Hawks on Saturday night. That's the most three-point field goals made without a miss for one team in one quarter since the NBA added the three-point shot in 1979-80.
Ball filled with energy – It seems like a long time ago when the Cavs were discombobulated on offense, trying to attack one-on-one. The Cavs had 22 assists in the win against Boston on Friday and played even better team basketball on Saturday, finishing with 39 assists on 49 made baskets, including 22 assists on 25 makes in the first half.
The ball movement set the tone for the game and led to easy shot opportunities.
"When the ball is moving and you have energy, things look pretty good, particularly when you have the players we have," Blatt said.
Dion Waiters led the team with eight assists, and there were four other players (Irving, James, Kevin Love and Anderson Varejao), who finished with at least five helpers. The last time the Cavs had five players with at least five assists was 1997.
"(Dion) led our team in assists tonight and he defended extremely well," Blatt said. "We got the kind of effort out of him that we need to have. That makes the game easy for everybody."
As for Irving, he now has 30 assists against four turnovers in the last six games. He has committed four turnovers in the last 230 minutes of game action.
"It's a good feeling when we know things are clicking," Love said. "Little by little we are figuring things out but we still feel like we are just scratching the surface and only going to get better."
